Floyd tribute at Ben Hall

A TRIBUTE to prog rock giants Pink Floyd in aid of charity takes place at the Benn Hall next week.

The UK Pink Floyd Tribute Show will take to the stage at the Newbold Road venue on February 10, with proceeds going to Myton Hospice.

The Northampton-based band faithfully recreates the Floyd sound from early recordings such as The Pipers at the Gates of Dawn to the final chimes of their last studio effort, The Division Bell.

Through a two hour set, the band will perform classics including the likes of Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Another Brick in the Wall and Comfortably Numb, along with the tracks from their seminal album, The Dark Side of the Moon.
