The recently appointed Mayor’s Cadet, Flight Sergeant Jack Busby, said: “All of the cadets have been
enormously excited to visit the council chamber and getting involved in all of the activities we’ve
been offered has been thoroughly enjoyable.”
Commanding Officer, Flight Lieutenant Roger Smith, added: “It’s been a pleasure to see our cadets rewarded for their recent hard work, and the opportunity to do so it a setting such as the town hall, in the company of the Mayor has been a unique opportunity
for them."
Cadets were joined by Warwickshire and Birmingham Wing Commander Stuart Iles and Wing Adventure Training and Duke of Edinburgh Award Officer, Squadron Leader Bryan Coats.
