WARWICKSHIRE County Council leader Alan Farnell has lost his seat to the Green Party.
The Conservative councillor was beaten in the Weddington ward, near Nuneaton, in results revealed this morning (Friday).
Keith Kondakor, for the Greens, was elected with 1,032 votes, while Mr Farnell came in at 748 votes.
