A COLLISION in the town centre in the early hours of Saturday morning resulted in a man being taken to hospital with serious leg injuries.
The man was struck by a car at about 4.30am, following an altercation between a group of males in a black Range Rover and another group waiting at the taxi rank at the Clock Tower.
The Range Rover left the scene following the collision.
The injured male, who is 33 years old, was taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire where he is in a stable condition.
Three men, two aged 24 and one aged 22, have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in custody.
